1. Overview
   • • Participate in Brown’s Pharmacy’s “Win €10,000 in Cash” promotion by purchasing eligible offers throughout 2025. Collect stamps/signature for each purchase and submit a completed form to enter the prize draw.
     • Brown’s Express Tickets will be available to Brown’s Pharma Limited customers who visit our outlets during the Christmas period.
     • The promotion will not be advertised on other media or through different channels, just in-store.
     • Participants under the age of eighteen (18) years are not allowed to participate in the Game.
     • The distribution of Brown’s Express tickets and commencement of the Game starts on 16th December 2024.
2. How to Participate
   • • There are six offers, each available during two separate months of the year.
     • Participants must purchase one offer per month during 2025.
     • Participants will receive a signature for every eligible purchase. They must collect 12 signatures and 12 original purchase receipts over 12 months to qualify for the draw.
3. How to Enter
   • • Submit the completed voucher form, including 12 signatures and the original receipts for all 12 purchases, at any Brown’s Pharmacy by December 31, 2025.
     • You will be given a submission envelope: ensure all required information is accurately completed on the voucher and data form and the envelope is sealed before submission.
     • Drop the envelope in one of the Submission boxes available within the Pharmacy.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement
   • • The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by Brown’s Pharma Limited.
     • The draw will take place on the 9th of January 2026.
     • The draw will take place in the presence of an Authority inspector, or any other person authorised and or, designated by the Authority.
     • The randomly generated outcome will be truly random, and Brown’s Pharma Limited is prepared to prove such randomness if specifically requested by the Authority.
     • Should the draw date require postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified; accordingly, through this page and all our Social media pages and a notice will be placed within our pharmacies.
     • The results will be announced on the same date via Brown’s Pharmacy’s official social media channels, and the winner will be contacted directly by a Brown’s representative to schedule an appointment to receive the prize.
5. Eligibility
   • • This promotion is open to all customers, except minors, and employees of Brown’s Pharma Limited and their immediate family members.
     • Each voucher can be used only once.
     • No photocopies or duplicates of vouchers or receipts will be accepted; only original receipts are valid.
     • Customers holding a voucher are entitled to promoted discounts, even if they choose not to participate in the draw.
6. Prize Collection and Reserve Draw Details
   • • Prizes must be collected within 1 calendar month from the draw date.
     • In the event the winner cannot be contacted within one calendar month, one additional draw will be conducted on the 9th of January in the presence of an Authority Inspector. A new winner will then be announced on the 9th of February, thereby automatically disqualifying the original winner from claiming the funds.
     • If the applicant does not claim the prize, it will not be reissued to the original winner and will instead be awarded to the newly selected winner from the reserve draw.
     • In the event that the second winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize by March 9, 2026, Brown’s Pharma Limited will publicly select a charity organization to donate the unclaimed funds.
7. General Conditions
   • • Incomplete, illegible, or altered submissions will be disqualified.
     • Brown’s Pharma Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all submissions and participants.
     • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
     • Brown’s Pharma Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
8. Data Protection
   • • Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
     • Personal data provided will only be used for purposes directly related to this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

11. Governing Law
    • This promotion and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malta.
